We woke up this morning like many of our gymnasium camping experiences. We got a pretty good night sleep because PaPOW did a great job of isolating the snorers. In fact, he did such a good job that the gentlemen sleeping next to us had his possessions moved to the snoring section after dinner, which was great for us. In the foreground is the first round of DSL (Dirty Stinky Laundry) that the staff washes for us.
The students made us dinner and breakfast at the Calexico Mission school where half the students cross the border every morning to attend this private school. Here are our accommodations in the gymnasium.
This is the before picture of Henry in 2018 by the center of the world street sign. Unfortunately, someone stole the street sign so their was no reason to take an after picture this year. You know you are on the right road because it's the worst road in Califonia.
Hello Yuma Arizona. We cycled 200 miles across California and entered our second state with mostly favorable weather. The bloggers have a favorable opinion of California weather, roads and motorists. We still have two more states to prepare for the Texas debacle that represents nearly a third of the C2C route.
Tomorrow we cycle to Dateland home of delicious dates and date shakes. Thanks for following our blog.

For some reason last year the bloggers decided to take their picture touching the finger coming out of the center of the world and it brought them good luck and safe travels to St. Augustine, so they decided to do it again.
