A beautiful sunrise started the day in Tombstone and got the bloggers thinking about many questions they have....
As 16 of the riders are departing for Tucson or other destinations, the boys asked the musical question in the way of the following song...should I stay or should I go?
Ultimately the boys decided their was nowhere to go and a trip to Douglas was in their future that day.
The weather was cool, rainy with 25mph headwinds, slightly better than last year when it was snowing at the Continental Divide. Here Adrian stops for the cursory picture, looking happy even though it's his third year at the same spot.
Staying at the Gadsden Hotel was a key reason the boys decided to stay. Poncho Villa rode his horse up the stairs of this historic 100 year old hotel. As a bonus, we have our own rooms for the evening.
We are experiencing multiple levels of depression since the tour was cancelled last night. First came with the announcement from Bubba and the second came when we showed up at our prestigious hotel in Douglas and found this sign on the front door now asking us to use the rear entrance. We appear to be no longer greeted as heros and adventurers, but instead more on the level of the kitchen staff and maids who greeted us at the back entrance. But your bloggers have made a pledge to each other to carry on despite the adversity.
